Check-in and check-out:
As we do not have 24h open reception, check-in time needs to be agreed with the property the day before your arrival. You can reach us on +39 348 3955060 via call/text or whatsapp to agree your preferred check-in time and make sure everything will be ready at your arrival. Check-in is available every day between 17:00 and 22:00. Check-in at later times can be agreed at a fee of € 25.00. Please make sure to have a valid id and credit card for check-in, both must be shown for us to be able to check you in.
Check-out is before 11:00. Later check-out time can be available free of charge but is subject to availabilty and shall be agreed with the property.
Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed in the whole property. Cleaning fee for smoking in the property is € 150.00. Key loss fee is € 50.00.
