We do not have 24 hour reception in the building. You can reach us at +39 3483955060 on whatsapp or directly from 9AM to 21.30 PM. Requests that arrived after 21.30 PM will be handled the day after. In order to help us to keep our prices low please check your apartment is according to your wishes within 30 minutes after your check-in.

When you check-out please leave the keys in the mailbox of the main entrance of  n133 Via Corso Vittorio Emanuele. Leaving us a message of your expected departure is much appreciated.

Apartment is strictly non-smoking – You are welcome to smoke inside the flat at a charge of EUR 350.00. Smoking on the terrace is free but make sure you extinguish the cigarette and dispose of properly.

No pets allowed inside the apartment – this may cause violent allergy reaction to our guests – violation will require extra cleaning which costs EUR 350.00.

Check in time is 17:00 PM. Check out time 10:00 AM. All the guests must show id on check-in. One valid credit card is also required at check-in. Do you need extra time? Please check with us first. When you leave the apartment, please switch all the lights, air conditioning and heating off and drop the keys in the post box of the main entrance door (n133 Via Corso Vittorio Emanuele). If you can, send us a text message with your expected time of departure: it will be appreciated.

Kitchen: Please clean dishes and kitchenware before you leave and leave the flat in the same condition as you found it. Kitchen cleaning fee is 25 EUR. 

Garbage : We care for our environment! Please observe recycling. Garbage shall be split: organic, plastic, paper, aluminium, glass and unsorted waste. Garbage shall be deposited inside a plastic bag (sorted and closed).Bags are provided. Please ask for more if needed. Please ask us for more information when in doubt.

No excessive noise after 22.00 and between 14.00-16.00. Cancellation of stay may apply with no refund.

No additional guests inside the house than the amount listed on our original reservation. If you want to have guests you must inform us ahead. This is a legal requirement. Failing to comply may cause report to the police.

Lost key fobs are subject to a 50 EUR charge. Never leave the keys hanging on the door not inside nor outside.

Bed sheets and towels are changed only after one week in case of long stays. In this case please agree with reception when you wish us to change them. You can always request an extra set and this costs EUR 25.00 each time. Please do not use the provided white towels to remove make up, it will cause stains which will not go away, cost will be charged. We also expect that guests will take care of the linen by not putting their shoes or other objects that can cause stains on top of it.

Please do not throw toilet paper, sanitary towels or other objects inside the wc. This can clog pipes and can be very expensive to fix!

Using more beds than the ones you booked will cost additional 25€ per bed during check-out.

If the apartment has a washing machine please use it to wash your own clothes. It is not allowed to wash the bed linens and towels that are provided by us.  

There is a private parking spot available that is located 350 meters from the building (walking distance 5-10 min.). Please contact us for booking.

The password for the Wi-Fi can be found on the signs with the house rules inside each apartment.

It is not allowed to move furniture. If necessary, please contact the reception.

The heating temperature is set from the touch screen thermostat, present in each apartment. If you click on the screen, the set temperature appears. Then click right to increase the temperature or left to lower it. Please turn off all lights, heating, air conditioning and lights when you are not in the apartment, the staff and the environment will say thank you.
